I have continued to work out for this past month sense I last blogged. I started out by walking 1 1/2 miles and then running a half mile. This was all fun but I didn't feel like I was getting anywhere.
Soooo.... one day we made a DI run for fun on Willies birthday which was really fun and while we were there we looked at those cheesey workout videos from the 90's. Believe me they really are cheesey. like this black dude in spandex uggg... we picked two. The first one is called fat buster and then we got a taebo one.
On the first day we tried the taebo one. so funny but we did preetty good if you ask me. Mom suck in and took pictures of us doing them while she proceded to laugh at us.
So this is the new program it hurts like crazy but it is effective to help you feel good and healthy.
- stretch really good
- Run 1 mile without stopping(this is the killer) and improve your time with each day.
- Do taebo
- stretch some more.
It has got to be working or something because I have lost 2 inches in my waist but I continue to not lose any weight which is a total bummer.
The main thing that I am enjoying is the fact that I feel energyzed and more healthy.
