Riding bikes is fun to do

First of all many of you might be wondering why I have started this crazy ride to fitness and health. Well there are more motives than one.

  1. I want to achieve a healthy level of health. I just didn't feel up to par like my life was lacking something.
  2. To get skinny. I know that I am not fat but I am not at the best weight for my body.
  3. My goal is to be 20 lbs lighter
  4. Because I am going on a pioneer trek in two weeks and I don't want to die in the process. it isn't going ot be a wimpy little jaunt in the wilderness but a full blown trek.

So now you know.

I have decided to mix up my exercise workouts this week so that I wouldn't get bored.
so on monday I walked and ran then on tuesday I rode my bike for 2 miles. I would have gone farther but my legs hurt and I have a cold and it was making it hard to breath so I had to stop. I didn't know that bike riding took so many muscles. My thighs were sore this morning when I woke up and it was a good sore. Today I was feeling better than I did yesterday so I rode 3 miles today. It was awesome. Once you get past the burn of yesterdays soreness the ride is awesome. I think that I will go and ride some more later today because I don't have anything to do.
