A minor set back

well I thought that I was doing soo good. my program was feeling so good but I learned something about my body: When you do too much too fast you can hurt yourself. My legs have started to hurt like majorly not just like soreness but real pain I think that I have torn some muscles in my thighs, and my tendons hurt all the time. so I think that I need to tone it down and start my exercise routine over and make sure that there is variety in the workouts that I do everyday.
I took a day off yesterday to let myself heal. This morning I walked 2 miles. I was going to run but it hurt way too much so I stopped.
There is another part of my plan that I forgot to mention the Food Part. This is what I am aiming for:
  • Eat only when I am hungry
  • only eat until I reach a healthy level of satiety (means you're satisfied) Not when I am STUFFED.
  • Eat more veggies and fruits
  • eat less fried, sugary, or processed Foods
  • NO counting Calories IT DOESN'T WORK you just end up feeling guilty.
  • Create Fun foods that incorperate fun flavors without adding fat. Spice cupboard here I come!
  • HAVE FUN WHILE YOU DO IT.

This is the plan and I hope that it works.

Mom also wants me to go and get my thyroid checked to see if it might be the reason that I haven't lost any weight and I am tired all the time.
