I took a day off yesterday to let myself heal. This morning I walked 2 miles. I was going to run but it hurt way too much so I stopped.
There is another part of my plan that I forgot to mention the Food Part. This is what I am aiming for:
- Eat only when I am hungry
- only eat until I reach a healthy level of satiety (means you're satisfied) Not when I am STUFFED.
- Eat more veggies and fruits
- eat less fried, sugary, or processed Foods
- NO counting Calories IT DOESN'T WORK you just end up feeling guilty.
- Create Fun foods that incorperate fun flavors without adding fat. Spice cupboard here I come!
- HAVE FUN WHILE YOU DO IT.
This is the plan and I hope that it works.
Mom also wants me to go and get my thyroid checked to see if it might be the reason that I haven't lost any weight and I am tired all the time.
